- Think about DEI and how this affects our overall goals, award types, application review process (talk to Sammi (Nucleate Co-President), JDEI team, advisors, our current scholars)

- Build broader application outreach pipelines
- Expand eligibility outside of U.S. labs (talk to Andrei, Nucleate VP Finance)
- Is there a better model?
  - More use-cases of grants? Better application review process?
Funding
- Work with sponsorship team to develop sponsorship strategy
  - Look at other grant programs / new science initiatives
  - What materials can we develop to showcase our impact so far and to establish our credibility?
- Continue relationship with Intuitive Foundation (negotiate higher $ for next year)
