Being on Dojo Leadership means…

• Having lots of fun <3
• Being unafraid to move on disruptive ideas and push boundaries of biotech
• Being a walking evangelist of Dojo — introduce Dojo to people you meet, actively seek out for collaborators!
• Being a host — run your own biotech events on campus / in your city
• Taking care of each other — support each other on goals and dreams!

Expectations

• Full-year commitment until the end of August 2025
  • Communicate with PDs & PMs in advance if you are unavailable for meetings or will be away for an extended period of time (eg. vacation)
• Respond promptly to Slack messages, emails, etc.
  • Turn on Slack notifications and make sure to check relevant channels once a day
• MDs are always available if you have questions — do not hesitate to ask!
• Roles:
  • PDs: establish overarching goals and vision, provide strategic leadership, and be point of contact for all program-related matters with Nucleate HQ
  • PMs: communicate timelines, delegate tasks, ensure deliverables are met, and be point of contact for all program-related matters for MDs
  • Associates: work closely with PMs to execute on deliverables and help make key decisions
