High-Level Goals

Train, educate, and immerse interested undergrads in biotech to become the next top biotech innovators in research and/or bio-entrepreneurship

  1. Conduct DojoHouse simultaneously in potentially 3 locations this summer (Boston, SF, and possibly New York or London)
  2. Introduce different tracks (neuroscience? longevity?)
  3. Introduce fellowship program for past House fellows; i.e. they contribute back to Dojo somehow
  4. Establish in-person undergraduate biotech ecosystems in each location through their respective Houses
  5. Improve in-house programming to enhance learning and community-bonding, while keeping it sustainable and produce high-quality deliverables
  6. Synthesize an impact report

Cross-Team Projects:

  1. Organize Dojo-wide inaugural retreat inviting leadership team, Grant awardees, House fellows and Explore associates — perhaps extended to an undergrad biotech conference (similar to Nucleate Summit).
  2. Develop an online webinar series (course format) accessible to global student communities.

Next Steps

  1. Read carefully through all sub-pages, particularly the motives and week-by-week of the programming
  2. Read Retro and feedback survey
  3. Set up a brainstorming session with the whole team to outline the moving parts of DojoHouse and ideate how each of them can be improved — integrate this into the “Leadership Training Module” (below)
